We will be repairing the FHA controlling documents in two stages. Due to the seriously antiquated nature of the articles and bylaws, we will repair those first. They will then be submitted to the state. Then we will repair the CC&Rs.

We have completed the preliminary cleanup of the 75 year old corporate articles and bylaws and are working on the cleanup of the CC&Rs. No significant changes are anticipated in the articles/bylaws, other than the removal of the 'Bank of Oakland' ownership terms, the removal of the services now performed by the city, and the modernization of the legal terms.
After consultation with the lawyer, we will be sending everyone a copy of the proposed new corporate documents, in preparation for the open meeting.
