Then it is the city's responsibility to fix the sidewalk.

You MUST get the city to inspect the problem.

The delay for repairs is currently 3.5 years.


BUT...
You now can pay to get it fixed sooner by going directly to the contractor
AND get the negotiated city rate.
For now, if you want to pay to bypass the delay, email me with the details, and I will coordinate it.
